Abstract

Hubungan percintaan pada remaja dan dewasa awal berpotensi berkembang menjadi pola tidak sehat seperti Gaslighting, yaitu kekerasan emosional yang memengaruhi persepsi dan emosi korban. Penelitian ini bertujuan memahami pengalaman subjektif mahasiswa yang mengalami Gaslighting dalam hubungan pacaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) dengan wawancara mendalam. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa korban mengalami manipulasi yang membuat mereka meragukan penilaian diri, kehilangan kepercayaan diri, dan menjadi bergantung secara emosional pada pelaku. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Gaslighting terjadi secara bertahap dan kerap tidak disadari korban, sementara faktor takut kehilangan, ketidakmampuan menolak, dan minimnya dukungan sosial memperkuat posisi korban dalam lingkaran kekerasan emosional.
